RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is our goal. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please return it within 30 days of the ship date for an exchange or refund. Include the original packing slip with the return portion completely filled out. Address information is provided on the packing slip.

No return after 30 days of ship date.

Please note-The returned item must be in its original packaging and in sellable condition. No exceptions.

DAMAGES

If your merchandise arrives damaged, contact customer service immediately.

CANCELLATIONS

No cancellation of an order will be accepted after the package has been shipped. All cancellations are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders will be shipped via UPS ground or USPS depending on size and availability. We ship one day a week so please allow 10 business days for delivery. If there is an out of stock item on your order you will be notified before any other items are shipped.
