For all student group tours, one adult chaperone is required for every ten students. These chaperones are admitted free. For each additional chaperone, the adult group rate will apply ($12, if no docent has been requested; $13, with a docent).
To ensure availability, schedule your tour as early as possible. Tours must be scheduled at least three weeks in advance.
When scheduling a tour, please provide the following information:
- Preferred date and time of tour, and alternate date and time
- Name of your school, address, phone number, and email
- Grade level and number of students
- Number of accompanying adults
- Theme of desired tour program
Museum Manners
1. Cell phones must be turned off.
2. Please do not bring outside food or drink into the museum.
3. No photography is allowed (except in the Jepson Center atrium, ArtZeum, and Education Studios).
4. Please do not touch any of the artwork.
5. For your safety, please do not run in the museum.
6. Please be respectful of others by keeping voices low in the museum.
7. Education studios are for scheduled groups only.
