T. MILLS FLEMING, CHAIRMAN, is Partner at Hunter Maclean and chairs Hunter Maclean’s Health Care Practice Group. Mr. Fleming is a past President of the Georgia Academy of Health Care Attorneys, and he is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association. He writes and speaks frequently on health care law issues and is the Co-Editor of the Georgia Hospital Association’s Hospital Law Manual, 5th ed. (2006). He also wrote an article on the final HIPAA privacy rules for the American Bar Association’s American Law Institute and has presented on the Sarbanes-Oxley Act at the Georgia Academy of Health Care Attorneys’ annual meeting. He is a frequent lecturer and presenter on immigration topics, and he also advises employers regarding best practices in employment-related topics. Mills graduated from the University of Florida with a B.A. in 1986 and a J.D. in 1989. He began his legal career at HunterMaclean, served for three years as General Counsel with a large hospital system, and then returned to HunterMaclean in 1995. He is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia and the State of Georgia. |

GARY CAPEN attended Princeton University where he obtained his B.A., and then pursued his M.B.A at Northwestern University. For 3 years he lived in New York City and worked in the Research Dept at While, Weld and Co. He then moved to Wayzata, Minnesota where he lived for 35 years (and still maintains his home). While in Minnesota, he was an Investment Department Head at E.V.P of St. Paul Advisors. Currently, Gary is the President of his own investment company, Jundt/Capen Associates. His extensive community involvement includes Abbott Northwestern Hospital (past Vice – Chairman of board), Minnesota International Center (past President of board and current honorary board member), Walker Art Center (past President of board – Chaired $15 million expansion of WAC Sculpture Garden), and he is a current member at the Minneapolis Club and Woodhill Country Club. |

F. REED DULANY III is a native Savanahian who grew up watching his grandfather, Franklin Reed Dulany, Sr., lend his support to the Telfair Museum of Art for many years. Reed graduated from the Savannah Country Day School, the University of Georgia and the University of Virginia. Since returning to Savannah in 1996, he has restored seven historic properties and opened a successful restaurant in the historic district, Local 11 Ten. Reed is President and CEO of his family’s fertilizer business, Southern States, now known as Dulany Industries. The company operates as a diversified industrial holding company. Reed is a member of the Young Presidents Organization and has been involved with organizations such as the Nature Conservancy and Big Brother. |

ALICE JEPSON A native of Richmond, VA, and alumna of Mary Washington College, Alice Jepson moved to Savannah in 1990. She has served on the boards of Savannah Country Day School, Bethesda-Union Society (Chairman), Savannah Health Mission and Hospice Savannah Inc. In 2006 she was a member of the Telfair’s search committee to find a director for the museum. |

JOHN G. KENNEDY III attended Savannah Country Day. He graduated from Washington and Lee University and received an M.B.A. from Dartmouth College. Kennedy lived and worked for more than 20 years in New York City as an investment banker. He was Senior Vice President with Merrill Lynch, Managing Director with Deutsche Bank, and Partner and Managing Director with Donaldson, Lifkin and Jenrette. Kennedy returned to Savannah in 2004 and was President of the Telfair from 2006 – 2009. In 2010 he moved to Houston where he is head of capital markets for Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Co. but maintains a residence in Savannah. |

WILLIAM LATTIMORE JR. is President, Chairman and CEO of the Lattimore Group. Previously, he was the Vice President of Sea Island Company, President of Branigar Organization, Inc. and Vice President and Project Director at the Landings. Currently, he is the Chairman of the Jekyll Island Foundation and Director of the Savannah Downtown Club. He is also on the Governor’s Georgia Coastal Comprehensive Advisory Committee. Mr. Lattimore has been the director of multiple organizations such as Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce, the Coastal Bank, Golden Isles Chamber of Commerce, YMCA of Savannah, Savannah Christian Preparatory School and United Way of Savannah. He has been the Director and Executive Committee Member of Savannah Country Day School and an Advisory Director of Wachovia, Savannah Region. |

FRANK S. MACGILL is the Managing Partner of Hunter Maclean, practicing in the areas of Trusts and Estates, Taxation, Tax-Exempt Organizations, and Corporate Law. He received his B.S., with distinction, from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia in 1991, and his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1994, where he was a member of the editorial board of the Georgia Law Review. Following law school, he attended New York University where he received his LL.M in Taxation in 1995. Frank has been named as one of the Best Lawyers in America and was recognized as one of Georgia Trend’s “Legal Elite” in 2009. He is a member and former President of the Savannah Estate Planning Council and serves on the Board of Directors of United Way of the Coastal Empire. |

JOHN T. NEISES Cincinnati native Jack Neises received a degree from the University of Cincinnati and his masters at Harvard. In between his studies he served as an Air Force Officer in Korea. While working for the Xerox Corporation, Jack was able to eventually fund and establish a successful Boston venture capital business. Mr. Neises served on Harvard’s Board of Governors, is a member of the Currier Museum’s Development Committee, and is an Arts Ashore board member and builds homes for Habitat for Humanity. He was also the President of the Board of Trustees for Telfair during the final push to complete the Landmark Campaign. This followed a period when the museum ceased fundraising while working with Savannah’s Historic District Review Board to finalize plans for the Jepson Center. |

JACKIE RABINOWITZ retired in 1999 as Vice President, Food Service for the Baskin Robbins Company after a 20 year career in the Food Service Industry. A life-long native of Cincinnati, she and her husband, Stephen, moved to the Savannah area in 2001 following his retirement. Jackie is active in community support and cultural endeavors including the Cincinnati Opera, where she chaired the annual Opera Ball and led corporate fund-raising efforts. She also participated with Cincinnati’s Dominican Community Services/Visions (a support organization for unwed teenage mothers), which she served as a member of the Board of Directors, and the Cincinnati Ballet Company. Recently, she joined the Board of Directors of the Savannah Music Festival. |

CHERI ROACH grew up in Atlanta; she worked in North Carolina, Texas, New Jersey and Boston before moving to Savannah in 1993. She began her professional career with AT&T, and then proceeded to become the Vice President and Chief Information Officer of three publically traded corporations. She now works with her husband, Benjamin R. Roach (a prior Telfair Museum Trustee). Cheri also worked with the Parent and Child Development Services, Savannah Symphony and Savannah Music Festival Organizations. |

MALINDA BERGEN is a Savannah, Georgia native and has been actively involved in the community. She has been involved with the Junior League of Savannah and Lucas Theatre for the Arts (previous Administrative Board Member), and Savannah Country Day School (Parents’ Association; New Foundations Campaign). She has been an active participant with Wesley Monumental United Methodist Church where she has been a high school Sunday School Teacher, Chair of the Ministry Council, Chair of the Mistletoe Market, has served on the Administrative Board, Altar Guild and Chair of the Pictorial Directory. Additional accomplishments include serving on the Women’s Board of Bethesda where she initiated the Bethesda Speaker Series and her service on the Historic Savannah Foundation led to the procurement of the first vendors for Savannah Garden Expo.)Malinda obtained her B.A. in Psychology from Sweet Briar College. |

EMILY CAY grew up in Atlanta, Georgia. She earned a B.A. degree in History and Art History from the Honors Program at the University of Georgia. Upon graduation, Emily worked in Atlanta at Shepherd Center, the nation’s largest non-profit catastrophic care hospital, in the development office with major gifts and on the 25th Anniversary Campaign. After moving to Savannah in 2005, she worked in the Membership Office at Telfair Museums before joining Savannah Country Day School as the Assistant Director of Development. She is active in the Junior League of Savannah, Memorial Hospital’s young member group – Next Generation, Wesley Monumental United Methodist Church and is a member of Shepherd Center’s Advisory Board. Emily chaired the Telfair Art Fair in 2008, and in addition to Telfair involvement, also supports Historic Savannah Foundation and the Savannah Music Festival. |

CHIP COMPTON graduated from the University of Georgia with a Business degree in Management. He has spent the last 32 years in the commercial insurance business as both an agency owner and broker and is currently Senior Vice President at Wells Fargo Insurance Services. Professionally, Chip has served on the board of the Independent Insurance Agents of Georgia, was Chairman of the Young Agents of Georgia and as the local chapter President in Savannah. He has also chaired the agency advisory boards for Zurich and CNA Insurance Companies and Georgia Agency Partners.
This will be Chip’s second time on the Telfair Museums’ Board of Trustees, serving as Chairman in 1990 and 1991. He currently sits on the boards of The Benevolent Society, St. John’s Church, Society of Colonial Wars, Oglethorpe Club and chairs The Visitors Board for Savannah Country Day School. Past boards include BB&T Bank, Savannah Country Day School and Coastal Georgia Soccer Association. |

TIFFANY CONSIDINE was born in Coral Gables, Florida. She graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Communication and is married to native Savannahian Dr. Jack Considine. While raising her two children, she has remained active in the community volunteering for various organizations. For the past several years, Tiffany has been involved with the Telfair and recently chaired the 2009 Telfair Ball and Bash. |

WILLIAM CROSSMANis President and CEO of Atlantic Wood Industries in Savannah. Prior to purchasing the company in 2000, he served as Vice President of Sales. Bill is a current member of the Board of Millbrook School (Millbrook, NY), and a past Chair of the Board of Beaufort Academy (Beaufort, SC). He has also served on numerous club boards and trade associations: past President of the Southern Pressure Treaters Association, past President of Timber Piling Council and current member of the Board of the Treated Wood Council. |

GLEN DARBYSHIRE is a native of Moultrie, Georgia, and a resident of Savannah since 1991. He is a graduate of Davidson College, earning a B.A. in history magna cum laude, and the University of Georgia School of Law as a Castellow scholar. He is a partner in the Inglesby Falligant law firm, specializing in commercial litigation, products liability and transportation law. Before moving to Savannah, Glen served as a law clerk for Judge Frank M. Johnson, Jr., of the United States Circuit Court of Appeals in Alabama, and Justice Thurgood Marshall of the Supreme Court of the United States in Washington, DC and was also once a high school science teacher and headmaster at a Harambee school in rural Western Kenya. He has previously served as member of the boards of the Coastal Georgia Land Trust and Ralph Mark Gilbert Civil Rights Museum. |

CINDY EDWARDS is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a B.A. in Journalism. For a number of years she worked for the Joseph M. Still Burn Center in Augusta where she helped promote the unit that took such good care of the victims of the recent Savannah Sugar disaster. As a resident of the Landings, she has been a leader in a number of civic organizations including the Junior League and the Savannah Country Day School. She is currently involved with the Isle of Hope Methodist Church and Young Life, Savannah. |

JANE FEILER is a graduate of the University of Michigan (College of Architecture and Design), where she obtained a B.S. degree in Art Education and Painting with a Teaching Certificate. Jane also completed Harvard’s Executive Education Program as well as Emory University’s MBA program with a concentration in Marketing. Jane is currently the Vice President of Metro Developers, Inc. She is also a Course and Workshop Presenter and Building Contractor. She is the President and Co-Founder of CELSA Learning Systems. She has been involved with numerous civic activities such as the Savannah Music Festival (Board of Directors), Savannah’s MPC (Vice Chairman), AASU Foundation Board (Vice Chairman), Mayor’s Council (Chairman, Revolutionary War Battle Park), and the Chatham Commerce Club (Co-Founder, Executive Committee). She has received numerous awards such as Woman of the Year by Oglethorpe Business and Professional Women, and the Governor’s Award in Humanities. |

LINDA FISK MORRIS was raised in California and graduated from Stanford University in 1966 with an honors degree in Economics. She received a master’s degree in Political Science from the University of Southern California in 1971. Linda lived in Washington, DC for 30 years before moving to Savannah in 1997. In Washington, she was President of the board of the Hospital for Sick Children and President of the Washington Area Tennis and Education Foundation. The foundation conducted the Washington Event on the men’s professional tour, raising money for tennis and educational programs for inner city children. She was a summer staff intern for U.S. Senators John Tower and Thomas Kuchel of California in 1965-66, a Research Assistant for Smith Barney & Co. in New York City from 1967-1969 and worked for U.S. Rep. John Dow in 1972-1973 and Rep. Sam Farr from 1966 to 1997. Currently, Linda is an active member of the Savannah community and has worked for a number of non-profit and volunteer organizations. |

OLETA J. HARDEN Prior to moving to Savannah, Oleta served as Senior Vice President and Corporate Secretary of the New Jersey Resources Corporation and its principal subsidiary, New Jersey Natural Gas Company for 22 years. From 1996-2005 she was also general counsel of all corporate entities. Oleta was an Assistant Deputy Public Defender for the New Jersey Department of the Public Advocate, and an attorney for Allstate Insurance Company in Cranford, NJ and the Federal Trade Commission in Washington, DC. She was a member of the Board of Trustees of Monmouth University for more than ten years and a trustee of New Jersey Manufacturers Insurance Group for more than seven years. She has been active in many committees and associations, including the American Society of Corporate Secretaries and Compliance Professionals, the American Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association, and the Monmouth County District Ethics Committee. Oleta holds a B.A. in Psychology (1970) and an M.A. in Counseling and Guidance (1972) from the University of Alabama in Birmingham. She received her Juris Doctor degree in 1979 from the University of California at Los Angeles School of Law. |

LOWELL KRONOWITZ is the current President of Levy Jewelers and joined the company in 2004. He is the chairman of the 200 club of the Coastal Empire. Lowell is a former vice president of institutional fixed-income sales at Gruntal & Company, a securities brokerage concern in New York. He graduated from Hobart College and received a master’s degree in finance from the University of Michigan. |

THOMAS B. LOCKAMY JR. Dr. Thomas B. Lockamy, Jr. has served as the current Superintendent of Schools for the Savannah-Chatham County Public School System since 2005. Prior to being appointed Superintendent he served eight years as the Deputy Superintendent for the Norfolk Public Schools in Norfolk, VA. Dr. Lockamy held a variety of positions in Norfolk Public Schools including Assistant Superintendent of Academic Affairs and Accountability, Assistant Superintendent, Division of School Governance, Assistant Superintendent, Elementary Schools, Executive Director, Department of Instruction and Director, Department of Instruction. Dr. Lockamy was a Curriculum and Instruction Research/Teacher and Consultant with New Bern/Craven County Schools in New Bern, N.C., and served in several capacities in the Tarboro City School District in Tarboro, N.C. Earlier in his career, Dr. Lockamy was a teacher in Fayetteville, N.C. and a principal in Camden, N.C. Dr. Lockamy holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, a Master of Arts in Education Administration, and an Advanced Masters in Educational Specialist – all from East Carolina University, and a Doctor of Education in Education Leadership from Nova Southeastern University. |

TAMMIE N. MOSLEY A native of Savannah, Tammie received her undergraduate degree at Morris Brown College in Atlanta, Georgia and her law degree from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. She works as a Senior Staff Attorney for the Superior Court of Chatham County and works directly with Judge John E. Morse, Jr. After practicing at Georgia Legal Services in Savannah, she moved to Washington, D.C. and worked there for seven years. While living in the area she worked for State Farm Insurance Company. In 2003, Tammie returned to Savannah and has since been an avid volunteer and enjoys spending time with her two dogs. Tammie serves as a current member on the Board of Senior Citizens Inc., and serves as Volunteer Chairperson for the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure. She also serves as a member and former Co-Chair for the Savannah Technical College Community Council. In 2004 and 2005 she served as a member of the organizing committee for the Georgia Historical Society’s Georgia Days celebration. From 2005 – 2008 she served on the Board of our local Court Appointed Special Advocates program. |

LISA PINYAN A New York native and graduate of Marymount College at Fordham University in New York, Mrs. Pinyan moved to Savannah in 1995. She loves the city and wants to help guide a discussion about the future of Savannah’s children and art scene as we approach the city’s 300th anniversary in the coming decades. She has been described as a community devotee, and organizer who works to motivate people around her to make a positive difference in the community around them. She is currently Director of Interior Design for Greenline Architecture, a full-service architectural firm in Savannah dedicated to sustainable design practices. The company was formed by the merger of Bazemore Mastrianni Wilson and Associates, of which she was a Principal, and Poticny Deering and Felder, PC. Mrs. Pinyan is currently involved in the Junior League of Savannah, of which she is a member and serves on the Thrift Sale Committee. She has previously served as Development Chair and Sponsorship Development Chair for the Junior League and was a member of the Tails for Twigs committee for the Live Oak Public Libraries for the last two years. |

TOM REILLY worked at Putnam Investments from 1982-2004 and was also the Head of European Business, London UK, 2000-2004. His extensive background includes Head and Chief Investment Officer of Value Equities, Boston MA 1986-2000, Portfolio Manager, George Putnam Fund, Boston MA 1984-1993, and CIGNA Insurance, Hartford CT 1981-1982. He was a Senior Equity Analyst at Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company, Springfield MA 1976-1981, a Portfolio Manager and Analyst at Allstate Insurance, Northbrook IL 1973-1976, a Venture Capital Analyst at First Chicago Corporation, Chicago IL 1968-1973 and an Investment Officer, Venture Capital Group. He graduated from the University of Chicago with an M.B.A. in 1971 and attended Knox College where he obtained a BA in Economics in 1968. Additional activities and accomplishments include: Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) 1977, US Army Reserves- 12th Special Forces Group 1968-1974, Trustee-Savannah Music Festival 2008-Present, Board of Directors- America’s Second Harvest of Coastal Georgia 2011-Present and Knox College Board of Trustees 1997-2009. |

KEN SIRLIN After graduating from the Wharton School of Finance at the University of Pennsylvania in 1964, Ken went to work as a CPA in Cleveland, Ohio. He obtained an MBA in 1969 and then he and his wife Jacqueline moved to Madrid, Spain, then to Barcelona and next to Brussels, Belgium. In 1979 he and the family returned to North America with stays in Muncie, Indiana, San Francisco, California and Toronto, Canada. In 1984 the family returned to Brussels and in 1999 after working for Levi Strauss & Co. for 19 years, Ken retired and he and Jacqueline moved to Savannah. Ken has served on several nonprofit boards and his interests include music, reading, art, film, fashion, tennis and bullfighting. |

CLARA STEVENS was born and raised in Spartanburg, SC. She has a Bachelors and Masters degree in Fine Arts from the University of Missouri. Clara’s husband Jason is a retired Ophthalmologist and practiced in southern California for 35 years. During those years Clara was involved with the Bowers Museum of Art in Santa Ana, CA and was a Trustee of the Board of Laguna Museum of Art. She was also a Trustee of the Fellows of Contemporary Art, a private arts funding foundation in Los Angeles. Clara and her husband have collected art for many years and now reside in Hilton Head, South Carolina. |

MARY VERNICK has a B.A. in Mathematics from Immaculata University, an MBA from Winona State University, and attended Executive Programs at Cornell University, University of Pennsylvania, MIT and Harvard. She and her husband Marty moved to the Landings in 1997. She became very active in the community becoming the Chairman of the Landings New Neighbors in 1998, a member of the Telfair Marketing Committee from 2001-2004, a director on the Landings Association Board of Directors from 2003-2007 and chairman in 2005. She was also a director on the AASU Foundation Board from 2005-2010 and a Co-Founder and President of the Skidaway Community Institute from 2005-2010. Prior to moving to Savannah, Mary was an executive with IBM in their Worldwide Services, Business Management Consulting Group. She and her team of consultants helped Fortune 500 corporate clients to reengineer their business processes and apply technology to reduce costs and increase effectiveness. Mary retired from IBM in June 1997. |

JULIE ALLEN a past President of the Junior League of Savannah, has a strong commitment to community involvement and voluntarism. She holds a degree from Northwestern University in Communications and Citizen Organizations. Prior to moving to Savannah in 2001, she resided in Greenwich, Connecticut and worked in the field of executive recruiting for a leading New York City firm. Julie has been involved with numerous local not-for-profit organizations including Healthy Savannah, Isle of Hope United Methodist Church, and the formation of the not-for-profit ownership of Hancock Day School. She served on the 2010 Telfair Ball committee and is the current co-chair of 2011 Telfair Art Fair. |

MARK ALLEN joined Minis & Co in 2001 and is currently the Chief Executive Officer, following nine years as a portfolio manager for the company and seven years at an investment advisory firm in Connecticut. He earned his B.A. in Economics, with honors, from Northwestern University in 1993, and his M.B.A with distinction, from the Stern School of Business at New York University in 1999. He is a Certified Financial Planner and member of the CFA Institute (formerly the Association for Investment Management and Research), having earned his Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1996. Mark serves on the boards of Hancock Day School and Hilton Head Aquatics, and has served in numerous volunteer positions at Isle of Hope United Methodist Church including the Finance Committee and the Chair of the Missions/ Outreach Committee. He is the current co-chair of 2011 Telfair Art Fair. |

FRANCES LOWERY-WILSON is a licensed Social Worker and former Mental Health Administrator and Clinician at Tidelands and Gateway Behavior Health Services. She was an Associate Professor of Social Work at Savannah State University. Ms. Wilson is a former Director of Jamaica Services Program, Inc. for older adults. She was appointed by the President of the United States to the U.S. Attorney General’s Task Force on Family Violence. Her diverse experience has been gained from community volunteer work and employment which included four years at Queens Hospital Center where she initiated a Parenting Program, nine years with the New York State Drug Abuse Control Commission as a Rehabilitation Counselor where she established a Treatment Unit for drug addicted teenagers, and two years for the NAACP Training Program as a Supervisor Vocational Counselor. Ms. Wilson is a former Board Member of NOVA, Rochdale Village Corporation, Inc., Victims of Crime Advocacy League as well as Women of Reform Judaism. Currently she serves on the Boards of Morning Star, Inc. and Hadassah of Savannah, GA. She is the founder and CEO of Fran’s House of Art which is a gallery without walls. She collects the works of different artists and has an affinity for African American Art. She obtained her B.A. from Fordham University and Master of Social Work from Yeshiva University. |

KACEY KENNICKELL is a Savannah native and graduated from the University of Georgia in 2009 with a degree in Marketing from the Terry College of Business. Upon graduation she began her role as Director of Marketing for the Kennickell Group, where she handles all marketing, advertising, and PR efforts. Outside of work, Kacey is involved with the community through several local organizations such as the William Jay Society, Leadership Savannah, Savannah Jaycees, Emerging Leaders Committee, Rotary, and more. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her friends and family. |

LINDA McWHORTER graduated from Skidmore College with a degree in Art History and went on to do her graduate work at Emory University in English. She and her husband Tom moved to Savannah in 1972 where they raised their three children. During that time Linda has served the community in various ways including the Junior League, Symphony Women’s Guild, Savannah Book Festival, City Lights Theater, Savannah Ballet and Savannah Ballet Theatre and The Learning Center. Linda’s extensive work for at Telfair includes being president of the Friends of the Owens-Thomas, former President and current member of the Telfair Academy Guild, and most recently she became in charge of programs for the Gari Melcher’s Collectors Society. |

BOBBIE SHAW received a B.A. in English with a Business Minor from Northwestern University before working at Allied Chemical Corporation (Honeywell), as Executive Secretary to Corporate Vice President of Licensing and later retiring to be a full-time mother. Her community involvement includes Bedwell PTA, Bernardsville Board of Education and St. Bernards Church as well as member of the Kienast Quintuplet Foundation Committee and Roxiticus Golf Club. She also wrote, edited, and published a history of Roxiticus: “Roxiticus, A Meeting Place”. Bobbie’s local community activities include The Landings New Neighbors Board, Social Chair; the Landings Women’s Golf Association: Nominating Committee, Publicity Chair, Scoring, Buddy Secretary, Moon River Ladies Golf Invitational Committee, Publicity Chair. The Landings Club Standards Subcommittee and Nominating Committee (2007). Bookends Committee, The Senior Citizens Learning Center, President 2010-11. She is a Melchers Society and Director’s Circle member, and became a Telfair Academy Guild (TAG) Board Member in 1996 where she chaired the Telephone Committee, served as Vice President of Programs, Recording Secretary, Lecture Series Committee 2009-11, was co-chair of the 2010 The Artful Table and is the current TAG President. |

FRAN THOMAS was born in Macon, Georgia and graduated with a BFA from Auburn University. Savannah always was special to her after visiting her grandparents annually as Isle of Hope and marrying Hue, a native of Savannah. While Hue pursued his career, they lived in Atlanta and Richmond, Virginia. When Hue retired in 2003, they moved back to Savannah. Their new busy life consisted of remodeling three buildings and opening Gallery 440. Before moving from Richmond, Fran, a full-time artist, served on many board including Richmond Artist’s Association, Windsor Farms Garden Club, Uptown Gallery, Retreat Hospital, National Society of Arts and Letters. She served as President of the two former ones and treasurer of Uptown Gallery and NSAL. She is currently a member of TAG. She and her husband look forward to working together as heads of the “Gari Melchers Collectors Society.” They are enjoying the many artistic and cultural opportunities in this beautiful city and are devoted to supporting them. |

HELEN WILLIAMS JOHNSON is a native Savannahian, attended University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill and earned her B.A. in Economics from Armstrong Atlantic State University. She is a member of the Savannah Area Board of Realtors, as a realtor at Celia Dunn Sotheby’s International Realty, and was one of the Top 3 Producers in 2009, Top 5 in 2010. Helen was named one of the 40 under 40 in 2009, and is a member of the the 13th Colony Society and Altar Flower Guild for Christ Church, volunteers for annual Tour of Homes and sits on the Savannah Tech Community Council and Davenport House committee. She is a member of Telfair Museums’ William Jay Society, chaired the 2009 Telfair Art Fair, and was the chair for the 2011 Telfair Ball. |

RICHARD D. ECKBURG served in the United States Army during the Korean War. Following the war, he began his UPS career as a driver in his home state of Illinois. He then began serving in sales, marketing and operations. For a decade he was responsible for the UPS operation in Chicago and was ultimately promoted to Vice President in charge of Public Affairs. Richard retired from the United Parcel Service in 1986 after an impressive 33 year term. Richard currently serves on the Savannah Board of Visitors; this board is a voluntary board comprised of leaders in business, industry, education, and art and design. The board plays an integral role in assisting the office of institutional advancement in fundraising and friendship-building for SCAD. |

ROBERT S. JEPSON JR. is Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Jepson Inc., a private investment company located in Savannah, Georgia. He holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Richmond. Jepson was formerly Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Kuhlman Corporation (NYSE) from 1993 until its sale to Borg-Warner Automotive Inc. in 1999. Prior to that, Jepson founded and was Chairman and CEO of the Jepson Corporation from 1983 until its sale in 1989. During his tenure as CEO, Jepson built the corporation into a Fortune 500, NYSE-traded company. He currently serves as Chairman on SCAD’s Savannah Board of Visitors and is on the board of the Georgia Historical Society. |

CAROLYN LUCK was married to the late John V. Luck, who served as President of the board from 1994 – 1997. She joined as a member of the Telfair in 1989 and served as a Trustee of the Telfair 2003-2009. She has been actively involved with the museum serving on the Membership Committee and Director’s Circle as well as previously holding the position of Co-Chair with Mimi Cay on a Texas Party for the museum in 1994. She started the Telfair Art Fair with Ann Hildebrand in 1995, served as chair of the 24th Telfair Ball, “Elegance of Design” in 2004 and was a major donor toward the Jepson Center for the Arts and the Telfair Art Fair. She received the Gertrude Hollowbush Award in 1999 and was a previous Leadership Chair for United Way in 2003. |

BETTY MELAVER is Vice-President of Melaver, Inc. and a potter with the cooperative artist Gallery 209. She is Involved in numerous community-wide and Jewish organizations, including: President of League of Women Voters, President of Savannah Science Museum, Chairman of King Tisdell Cottage Foundation, President of the Jewish Educational Alliance. Current activities include serving as Vice-President and Executive Board Member of the National Jewish Community Center Association, board member and Co-Chair of a capital campaign for Savannah’s Second harvest Food Bank. She has a B.A. cum laude from Agnes Scott College (1954). |

ANN MILLER was born in Lowville, New York and attended the University of Rochester. She moved to Savannah with her husband Bill in 1967. Since then she has been an active community volunteer and has worked with organizations such as the Junior League of Savannah and the Historic Savannah Foundation. She was a member of the board for Memorial Health and is a former Chair of the Telfair board. Ann was also the Chair of the Telfair Ball Committee for 2 years. |

ELFRIDA B. MOORE is a native Savannahian and attended Savannah Country Day School; however she graduated from Oldfields School in Glencoe, Maryland. She then attended Mount Vernon College. After moving to Charleston, Frida joined the Gibbes Art Gallery board and was President of their Women’s Council. Aside from her lengthy contributions and involvement with the Telfair, Frida is involved with other Savannah organizations. She is the past President of the Trustees Garden Club, a board member at the Wormsloe Plantation, a press advisory board member for the University of Georgia, and a past President (and currently involved) with the Wildlife Education Center at Georgia Southern. |

DONNA NICHOLAS was born in Toronto, Canada, attended Branksome Hall School in that city, and finished at Neuchatel Junior College, Neuchatel, Switzerland. She also attended the Ontario College of Art and then graduated in Liberal Arts at Katherine Gibbs School in New York City. She studied security analysis at the New York Institute of Finance, and became a registered stock broker in the early 1960’s. Donna was President of the Women’s Stockbrokers’ Association of New York City in 1967. In 1975, she married Dimitri Nicholas. Later, she was the owner of the Nicholas Art Gallery in Palm Beach, Florida, before moving to Savannah, Georgia in 1980. She was President of the Telfair Museum in 1983 before moving to Charlottesville, Virginia. She was VP of American Eagle Airlines (East Coast), and VP, subsequently President and Chairman of the Orr Felt Company of Piqua, Ohio, until she retired in 2003. When Dimitri Nicholas died in 1999, she became President of South African Felt Industries in Cape Town, South Africa. In 2004, she was appointed Life Member of IZIKO (the South African National Art Gallery). Presently, Donna resides in Rye, New Hampshire, with her partner, Dr. Alan Perkin. Her hobbies are collecting art in various forms and traveling. |

HELEN STEWARD is a graduate of Savannah Country Day School and St. Mary’s College in Raleigh, North Carolina. She was a previous member of the Junior League of Savannah (Area Council 1973 – 1975), and the Cultural Arts Commission of Savannah (1987 – 1994). Helen has served as a board member for Savannah Speech and Hearing Center (Vice-Chairman), Steward Palliative Care Endowment (2006-2009), Savannah Music Festival (2007-2010), and the Endowment Board of the Bethesda Union Society of Savannah. She was also actively involved with Hospice Savannah and served as a board member, President and chairman of the board. Currently, Helen is involved with First Families of South Carolina and the National Society of the Colonial Dames of America in the state of Georgia. She is a member of Independent Presbyterian Church and an associate member of the First Presbyterian Church in Highlands, North Carolina. |

CATHY SOLOMONS, PAST INTERIM DIRECTOR/CEO, attended Savannah Country Day School and the University of Georgia where she majored in art education. From 1978 to 1982, she was the Director of Cultural Affairs for the City of Savannah. Since that time, she has been a homemaker and community volunteer, focusing her efforts on education and the arts. Cathy has been involved with various organizations such as Savannah Junior League (past President – current sustaining member), Savannah Country Day School (past Co-Chairman, long range plan), Jewish Food Festival (past Co-Chair), Chatham County Jury Commissioner, and the Savannah Arts Commission (past board member, past Chairman). She has also been involved with the Savannah Symphony women’s guild (past board member), Washington University in St. Louis (past member, Executive Committee, Parents’ Council), Parent and Child Development Services (past board member) and the Savannah Science Museum (past board member). In 1985, she was the recipient of the Savannah Jaycees Young Person of the Year Award. |
